Terms and condition
Regent FE updates its Terms and Conditions regularly. Please see below for the current Terms in force.
Customers onboarded in the US, Canada, EU and Eurozone with Accounts SWIFT/BIC TCCL accessing the accounts via https://regentfe.paydirect.io are serviced under the Currencycloud Terms and Conditions outlined below.
For Clients based in the US & Canada - Payment services, Collections and Payments Accounts and services for Regent Foreign Exchange Limited are provided by Visa Global Services Inc (NMLS #1810302) to facilitate payments in all 50 states in the US.
For clients based in the EU and Eurozone - Payment services for Regent Foreign Exchange Limited are provided by CurrencyCloud B.V.. Registered in the Netherlands No. 72186178. Registered Office: Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal 296 - 298, Mindspace Nieuwezijds Office 001 Amsterdam. CurrencyCloud B.V. is authorised by the DNB under the Wet op het financieel toezicht to carry out the business of a electronic-money institution (Relation Number: R142701).
